Shipping Terms
We make every effort to ship your order
as quickly as possible. Please allow 5 to 7
business days for delivery of items in stock.
Items ordered together are not necessarily
shipped together. We will notify you if any item
cannot be shipped within 30 days, and you will
be given the option to cancel your order. Items
are not charged to your credit card until
shipped unless it is a special order (ie.
monogram items). All monogram orders will be
charged when the order is submitted. All orders
received after 12:00 PM EST on Friday through
Sunday will not be processed or shipped until
Monday.

We charge a flat rate for shipping to the US for
each type of service based on the dollar value
purchased using the following table:

$300.01 to $500.00...$20.00 / $26.00 / $30.00
$500.01 to $750.00...$25.00 / $32.00 / $36.00
$750.01 & over..........$35.00 / $40.00 / $44.00

Refunds and
Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with every
item you purchase from us. If you should wish to
return or exchange an item for any reason, we
will gladly take back any unused items within
two weeks of purchase provided the items are
returned in saleable condition including all
tags on items. Shipping, both to and from the
customer, shall be paid for by the customer and
is non refundable. We recommend that you insure
your returns; Snappy Turtle will not be
responsible for items that are lost or damaged
in transit. All refunds will be
credited to your form of payment. Please include a copy
of receipt with contact information.
Special
order items, including monogrammed and
personalized items, are final sale. No returns
or exchanges are permitted.
